Q. Which contract is best for me?

A. That will be determined by your personal circumstances. Is it a business purchase or for private use, or perhaps both. How long you intend to keep your vehicle along with budget factors, and whether you would prefer to own or hire your next vehicle.

Let CVM talk it through with you and establish the best options.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A. CVM can source your car or light commercial vehicle quickly. We have many suppliers throughout the UK , which can often improve delivery lead times. If the vehicle of your choice is specific to your requirements, or simply not available, then we will place your order with the supplier that can deliver the earliest.

Q. What are the delivery arrangements?

A. We offer delivery options to all our clients. Many of our customers prefer to have their new vehicles delivered by CVM, direct to their home or business. This allows us to provide an excellent handover experience covering vehicle controls etc. If distance does not permit this, then your new car will be delivered by transporter.

Q. How will you process my order?

A. On acceptance of our quotation we will send you two forms. A credit application form and an order form. When you have completed both and returned to CVM, we will submit the credit proposal to the finance house concerned. On acceptance by the finance house we will place your order with our preferred supplier.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

A. More often than not no. We will ask for a deposit occasionally depending on certain circumstances. If for example CVM place your order with our suppliers and the vehicle being ordered to your specification is unusual, then a deposit may be required. All other deposits taken at point of sale will be fully refundable.

Q. What other documentation will be required?

A. This varies depending on whether the application is being made on behalf of a business, or as a private individual. CVM will advise each client where appropriate.

Q. How and when do I pay?

A. All vehicles must be fully paid prior to delivery, with cleared funds. As a vehicle broker CVM prefer our clients to pay the supplying dealer direct. Bank details will be supplied prior to delivery to allow transfers etc. As a licensed credit broker, and assuming CVM have arranged your funding, then the finance agreement will be signed and processed prior to delivery, allowing time for the finance house to pay the supplying dealer.

Q. As a client with CVM - How do I benefit?

A. Not only do we ensure a cost effective and speedy delivery, we simply take care of all your motoring requirements, during your acquisition, on delivery and hopefully when you return for your next vehicle. Buying and sourcing vehicles can be extremely time consuming, not to mention the “Hassle” factor, so why not allow CVM to take care of it all for you, while you concentrate on looking forward to taking delivery.

Q. Does CVM supply light commercial vehicles?

A. Yes, our clients find it very difficult to establish one sole supplier that can meet all their vehicle requirements, irrespective of brand, and purpose of use. They often have to try and establish relationships with many different suppliers, which can make it very difficult for suppliers to fully understand their needs, and preferences. Many of our clients find it extremely beneficial to have one contact that simply takes care of it all, and can supply all makes of new and used passenger cars, and light commercial vehicles.

Q. I may want to trade in my existing vehicle, is that a problem?

A. Absolutely not, CVM will be delighted to value your part-exchange. With many contacts in the motor trade, we can offer very competitive valuations for all makes of vehicles. Desirable models are often sought after within the industry, and CVM can therefore find the best valuation for your car irrespective of stock levels.

Q. Where do I get the vehicle serviced?

A. You can choose to have your car serviced wherever you prefer. Whilst diagnostic problems and warranty repairs must still be carried out by authorised repairers, you can have your vehicle serviced at any reputable servicing outlet of your choice. CVM will gladly assist in locating a servicing outlet if you have any difficulty.

Q. What will happen toward the end of my finance agreement?

A. CVM will contact you prior to the end of your agreement. If your vehicle is to be returned, at the end of the contract period, or you decide not to purchase at the end of your personal purchase scheme, CVM will take care of all the arrangements. However we are confident that as a client of CVM you will be so impressed with the level of “Service”, and expertise that we can offer, that you will hopefully order your replacement vehicle with us again.
